Decorating the Tree

Isabella helped us put up our Christmas tree this weekend. At first she thought it was a great place to hold her teddy bears, but once the ornaments came out, she got the hang out of it.

Helping to unwrap. She's excellent at that. We won't be putting any presents under the tree early this year because every time she seems one she starts to unwrap it.
This was her favorite ornament-- a fragile Rudolf-- yes, it's already broken. (But easily repaired)
Trying to decide where to put it.
Eventually all the fragile ornaments were placed on the top half of the tree and the others at the bottom-- which are found throughout the house on a daily basis. And-- I wish I had a picture of this, but she actually pulled baby Jesus out of her sleeve the other day. It will be a Christmas miracle if we still have all our nativity pieces by Christmas. But I'm glad she's enjoying it.
