Most of our toys are gender neutral. It's not that I'm opposed to
"girl" or "boy" toys, I just like the good old fashioned blocks and
legos and such. It's also more practical. But lately Isabella has been
very interested in the more feminine toys at our play groups. So I
scoured Craigslist for a good deal-- and we got her this dollhouse. She
LOVES it! :) It is so fun to watch her play with it and move the people
and furniture around. She has also suddenly shown an interest in her
babydoll-- carries that around frequently as well. She likes to give it
hugs and feed it here milk and snacks. :) I guess there is definitely
something to the nature part of the nature-vs-nurture theory.
